About Jenny
Jenny is a results-driven organizational development professional with a passion for collective impact. Jenny has supported more than 520 diverse organizations with their strategic plans, board governance, culture, operations, and mergers. As a management consultant, Jenny has worked with grassroots community groups, large-scale international NGOs, to Fortune 500 companies such as UnitedHealth Group and Optum. Jenny has a proven track record of helping organizations drive sustainable change, improve their operational efficiency, and increase their impact at the collective, strategic, and board levels. Beyond one-on-one consulting, Jenny shapes collective impact collaborations to achieve population-level change.

Assisted hundreds of board leaders through board governance leadership development: assessment, policy development, evaluation, education, and planning.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jenny is passionate about racial, environmental, and economic equity. She Co-Chairs the board of The Lift Garage, a social enterprise that provides affordable car repair for people that need it most in the Twin Cities.
Jenny’s undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College was in biology and management studies and her graduate education was an MBA in Leadership and Change from St. Scholastica. Her courses included classes such as organizational behavior, organization development, and organization design. She designed a process for companies to define their social impact purpose for her thesis.
She enjoys hosting loved ones at her home in St. Paul, gardening, and dance parties with her 1-year-old. She’s curious about Artificial Intelligence, Web3, and exploring ways for technology to free social impact leaders’ time up for higher value change-making work.
